First & Foremost, the customer service at 3Dfleet is immaculate. You can actually feel it while pulling in and before you park your truck to request assistance. We all know that when you do business anywhere you want to be comfortable from the start and 3DFleet gives you that feeling. You definitely dont have to look for it because that comfortableness is there immediately. With that being said, the leadership is A1. You can tell by how your greeted, the work thats being provided and your final outcome. Those are all signs of great leadership. The person that I drive for has been bringing his trucks here for sometime now and has had a multitude of things that needed to be done. If Im correct, its been close to 4 or 5 years now. We were satisfied then and still satisfied now. Most importantly, the technicians are highly and very knowledgeable. So from getting a regular PM to the changing of an engine, the work is done with 1000% efficiency. At the end of the day, please give 3DFleet a try because they will make it a better day for you regardless of what your truck situation is. I personally dont get that ALL mechanic shops try to get over when I come here because thats

Hey just wanted to give a shout out to the lead mechanic. A day after leaving the shop. I had a electrical problem with my passenger side headlight. I couldn't risk going to the shop without getting pulled over because of the rain. He got my address, and came to me to address the issue. Got me back rolling. He didn't have to do that. I appreciate you 3d fleet family.

Had a cracked oil pan on a 2023 freightliner cascadia, a friend at my church highly recommended this shop. I called freightliner first and the diagnosis was $600 to see if it’s cracked, wait the pan was about the same price. So when I called Wayne @3D he greeted me politely and explained that the crack would not be a warranty issue, I just needed to replace it. I bought the pan from the dealer since no one had this part. Went to 3D early in the morning, honestly I was expecting the usual over priced repairs just like any diesel mechanics. Wayne welcomes me and immediately started working on my truck, he made me feel at home, he educated me on many things while there. They replaced the oil pan and did a PM service also and washed the engine. He said something to me that I will never forget, “I respect you and your livelihood”. I was happy with the repair and this is my shop from now onwards. I told all my friends to take their trucks here.

I have a international 4300 with the DT466 engine, I brought it in to have a overhaul on the engine. From start to completion it was nothing but communication and professionalism from Melvin, and she runs like a new truck now!
